Ticket #3382

Original Problem Description:
     EGP with the T1-NSFnet is down at BBN2. This is the
    Backup connectivity is provided by the T3, and T1 if
    needed. Unable to ping the RT (192.52.71.8-- PSP from
    BBN to Princeton). Merit please look into this, and
    let us know.

Note:
     Merit rebooted PSP-19-13 which was the correct PSP to
    EGP with bbn2-gw. EGP is up as of 1408 EDT, and this may
    have caused a slight routing glitch in our routing to the
    T1-NSFnet?
     Are going to keep this ticket open as Merit planned to
    take PSP-19-13 off UPS tomorrow, make sure they do not. And
    until the Merit NOC is monitoring this session.
