Problem Description:
               MWB will be doing a PM on the microwave link between MIT
               and Prospect.
               07:00 -> noon.
               (Since links restored have seen instability)

Problem Solution:
               The microwave link cleared after a tech from Microwave
               Bypass re-tested the link. No problems were found after
               this. The link was truned back up and has remained up
               since.
