Problem Description:
               ENSS-134 will be taken down on 10/17 from 00:01 - 02:00 EDT
               by MERIT staff in an ongoing effort to upgrade the NSFNET/
               ANSNET backbone.  DSU's will be upgraded and additional
               hardware installed in preparation for the install of backup
               T1 connections.
