Original Problem Description:
    Both mit1-gw and mit2-gw will go down on Thursday 10/15/92
    from 06:30am till 07:00am. The purpose of this outage is to
    add a CSC4 on mit2-gw and NVRAM on mit1-gw.

Note:
    Mit2 came up on line at 6:45am.
    In process of adding more memory to the CSC-MT(NVRAM) board
    it failed to come up on mit1. The board had to be replaced
    with another CSC-MT with the extra memory. During that time
    mit1 came back on line at 08:15am.
    Mit2 needs to go down on Friday 10/16/92 from 06:30am till
    07:30am to remove the CSC4 board and replace it with the
    CSC3 board.
