Problem Description:
               Both mit1-gw and mit2-gw will go down on Thursday 10/15/92
               from 06:30am till 07:00am. The purpose of this outage is to
               add a CSC4 on mit2-gw and NVRAM on mit1-gw.

Problem Solution:
               The CSC3 has been placed back on mit2 and it is  back up
               and operational.
