                Harvard will be reloaded at 0600 on 01/01/93 to support
               a hardware change made to the router to provide dialup
               capabilities. Window for reload 0600-0610, actual booting
               usually takes roughly one minute.

Problem Solution:
               Harvard is back on line after reload to provide
               dialup capabilities.
