Folks,
The Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) has requested
that folks not use IP network numbers in the reserved class A block
(64.0.0.0 thru 126.0.0.0). If you are making use of these numbers
in your network, please contact us at "nearnet-eng@nic.near.net"
for more details.
Thanks!
/John

Hello:
We have receivied several complaints about reserved network
numbers being used in the Internet or in private internets.
Most of these are in the reserved block of class A numbers
64.0.0.0 thru 126.0.0.0.
...
We appreciate your cooperation in tracking down and killing off
these inappropriate uses of the reserved addresses.
Thanks.
The IANA.
