Problem Description:
                Power to BBN1/BBN2 gateways was tripped at approximately
               12:30 EST. UPS provided power for 17 minutes, but after
               resetting a breaker, we had to plug equipment in w/o the
               UPS. As of 1313 EST BBN1-GW is on line, and 1318 EST bbn2
               Will keep ticket open until bbn1/bbn2 are restored on UPS.

Problem Solution:
               All BBN equipment back on UPS as of 0600 10/27/92.  Will
               work on improved monitoring of UPS to prevent such failures
               in future.
