Problem Description:
                Routing reconfiguration will be performed on the NEARnet
               core-routers from 0500-0800. This will entail loading new
               software in the backbone routers, replacing IGRP and
               EGP sessions with BGP, and then testing stability. If
               performance is not ideal, changes will be backed out by 0800

Problem Solution:
               Configuration problems enountered during reconfiguration.
               Will follow up with Cisco and MERIT and reschedule testing
               for a future date.  All changes backed out by 0800 except
               default routing via BU which was fixed by 0845.
