Problem Description:
                Routers located at BBN suffered a power outage when the
               UPS located at BBN became overloaded. T1-NSFnet peers
               192.52.71.1, and 192.52.71.8 were affected.

Problem Solution:
                Have restored equipment on the UPS at BBN, and monitored
               load on the UPS. Is currently at 80-81% load. BBN1 is online
               as of 1459, BBN2 at 1458. The BBN-TR was down until 1510
               when power was restored, and it was brought up on line.
