This question comes from total ignorance, but what is the status of
the bcs.* hierarchy, compared to ne.org.bcs?  Has one superceded the
other?  Is bcs.* not actually the same BCS as ne.org.bcs (despite
having the same description in the newsgroups file)?

I'm just trying to figure out this here newsfeed thing.  Thanks for
any info.
