We're in the countdown for MACWORLD. As I type this, devoted volunteers are duping
disks, printing presses are rolling, factories are embellishing clothing, and intricate
machines are emitting red and silver disks! All this so that we can carry out our
mission of providing the latest and greatest in Macintosh wizardry to devoted users.
(Well, we do other good stuff too, but MACWORLD does seem to bring out the enthusiasts!)

The BCS*PD-CD v10, our semi-annual compilation of more than 600 megs of Macintosh
software on a CD-ROM, is in the throes of production. More than the usual share of
"challenges" this time, but the last word from the factory is that we are on track.
This version will be "fire engine red" (actually Pantene 185) instead of "electric
orange".

I've done some "back of the envelope" calculations that show our more than 1500 catalogued
software items cost less than a _nickel_ each in this CD-ROM medium, with a few hundred
megs of "bonus" files thrown in for free!

Hope many of you will stop by our booth. We hope to have a prototype of the new QuickTime
Freedom Trail multimedia presentation on display there, which will be coming out soon
also in CD-ROM format. I'll be dashing around a lot, so don't count on meeting me.
If you want to chat, get info on this and other products and services, our booth
personnel will give you their best shot.
