I think you may not be dealing with a representative sample, here.  When
my girlfriends and I get together to talk about sex, whether or not a man
is "very good looking" has precious little to do with whether or not we'd
want to have sex with him.  A sense of humour ranks highly, as does the
ability to hold an enthralling conversation.  Looks are pretty low on the
wish-list.

Perhaps in choosing to date "classy" women, you've inadvertently
self-selected a population which is more concerned with money, power and
appearances than with wit, intelligence, or true friendship.
