Where: #weather, the IRC Undernet Weather Channel 
When: Saturday, February 1, at 5:30pm EST-- 

Join us as we pick Walt's brain on the complexities of 
winter forecasting for New England. 

To join us on #weather:
Log your IRC program onto an Undernet server.
Some reliable ones include:
Lowell.MA.US.Undernet.Org; ports 6660 through 6665
Los-Angeles.CA.US.Undernet.Org; ports 6660 through 6665
Saltlake.UT.US.Undernet.Org; ports 6660 through 6665
UK.Undernet.Org; ports 7000 and 8000

Once connected to the server, type:
/join #weather
it's that simple!
