MGB carb rebuilding

Can anyone offer any tips regarding rebuilding of '72 MGB carbs? They
are HIF-type SU's. My symptom is rough idling, and other helpful
sports car enthusiasts have suggested that problem is poor carburation.
All ignition parts are new (cap, rotor, points, condenser, wires, plugs).
Compression is 110-120 lbs on each cyl. But #3 cyl is fouling plugs and
removal of #3 wire has no effect on engine idle. Car has 105k miles
and carb never touched. It has set for 2 years w/o starting (flame me,
I deserve it!)
