I'm currently bringing up the 2.9 release from Keith Bostic on an 11/73 and have a few questions. First, I seem to have lost (or never received) bug fixes #2-5. Could anyone forward a copy to me? At the Usenix meeting in Portland, it was mentioned that new drivers for RX02 and RL02 would be part of the distribution. It appears that they are the same as the original 2.9 drivers. The problem I have with the RX02 driver is that it only uses half the disk with the current #ifdef's, and when I change it to use the whole disk, it becomes incompatible with the RX01 driver format. I assume this is related to the interleave factor. Anyway, I also cannot use the CPM transfer utilities. I haven't taken the time to track down the problem and was wondering if anyone else had. Many thanks, Bob Ankeney -- please send replies to tektronix!reed!omsi
