I found the first game refered to in this article, It was played
in Paris (1924) between Gibaud and Lazard (Masters!!) and went as
follows:

	1) P-Q4		N-KB3
	2) N-Q2		P-K4
	3) P*P		N-N5
	4) P-KR3??	N-K6!
	5) Exit... Stage Left
