In effort to use a minimal number of editors in 6 operating systems; I'm
looking for an EMACS or "vi"-style editor that runs under TOPS-10. I know
an emacs that runs under TOPS-20 but have been assured by the local site
that it won't work here. Any pointers would be helpful.
