Identifying a Unibus board?

I am posting the following question at the request of a friend.

My friend has come by what appears to be a DEC Unibus board dated June
1979 and labeled "IG OUTPUT BD 5012228C-P2" and purely out of
curiousity would like to know what it is.  Does anyone have any idea
what it might be, or how we might go about identifying it?

Please respond via mail as I don't normally read these groups.
