This is a passed-along request for information on IBM mainframe
systems that can communicate using TCP/IP.  Randy needs sources of
software and the configurations they work on.  He's designing a campus
network that includes some administrative systems as well as computers
with which useful work is done.  Since he's not now a netnews
reader, and I don't need to know this, please respond to him directly
