To support a source-level debugger for C++, I need access to the
C++ symbol table (in cfront.h, dcl*.c and table.c).  I would be
interested in hearing of anyone's prior experience extracting and
saving the relevant information (scoping, size, name, source line,
etc.) to disk for later access by running programs.
