c++ availability for the IBM PC

I am aware of the availability of c++ from AT&T but I want a c++ implementation
which is already running on the PC. Also, as an individual, I can not afford
the price of an AT&T license. If anyone knows of an available implementation
mail the info to me.
  Thanks,
  Doug Johnston
