ok - i've got some (stupid) questions concerning the apple. i have
a //e at home and my dad has a ][+. we are both interested in getting
a //gs (eventually). my dad was interested in "easing" into the upgrade.
this brought up some questions.
(1) can you control a 3.5" disk with the standard disk controller?
(2) will some alternative source 3.5" disks that work with the //e
also work with the //gs?
(3) does the //e upgrade come with the mouse?
(4) does the //gs come with regular compsite video out so that
my monitor /// would work.
(5) what alternatives are there for the color monitor?
like i said, the questions are probably pretty dumb. i just haven't
used the apple that much since by the time i get home from work i usually
don't like to even look at a computer. any information would be greatly
appreciated.
thanks,
mike flanery
