Subject: Mouse exchange?

Opening both, the ATARI and the APPLE mouses, they looked inside
nearly identical. The main difference seems to be that the ATARI
mouse has two buttons instead of one on the APPLE mouse. Are they
interchangeble?? Does anybody know the exact PINOUTS of the APPLE
mouse??
