Let's say I have a program that uses the random number generator (RNG).
I turn on the computer and load a program that uses the RNG.

Question: will I get the same sequence of random numbers every time
I use this program if it is always used *after* a cold-start boot?

I'm somewhat confused about the real nature of the random generator
and the De Re Atari is not much help. Comments anyone?
