Printer interface for 800XL

  A friend of mine has an Atari 800XL and wishes to get a printer for it.
There are many good printers out there that have Centronics interfaces as
standard.  What he needs is a good and hopefully inexpensive interface
from his 800XL to a printer.
  Does anyone have any suggestions for an interface such as where he can
get one, price, and reliability.  Also, where would this interface plug into
on his Atari?
