Help on Koala Pad Screen Dumps

I have been trying to set up the atari to do screen dumps with various
programs.  So far no luck.  I recently bought a koala pad thinking this 
would be easier to dump.  Still no luck.  What is the best way to dump
this .pic file to the printer from a disk file.
