You probably appended them backwards! You must make sure the RS232 loader
executes FIRST, then your program. Also, you may have to run it as AUTORUN.SYS
to prevent DUP clobbering it...

Try the following:
1) copy RS232.xxx to AUTORUN.SYS
2) copy TERM.xxx to AUTORUN.SYS/A

then re-boot....the AUTORUN.SYS will execute after DOS loads, first loading
the RS232 handler, then executing the terminal program.
