Here are the Chameleon option settings that I got from
Kent C. De La Croix, ECN Graphics Software Support
and vi now works for me on our VAX 11/780 with the termcap
given in the documentation.

Terminal VT-52XL
BACK S is RUB OUT
Left margin 1
Right margin 80
Cursor Free
Scroll Smoothly
File Transfer Protocol None

Dialing Method Pulse
Modem Mode Originate
