Decryption Program

I am looking for a program to decipher simple substitution ciphers such as
those found in daily newspapers. It would be nice if the program performed
the analysis of the ciphertext and attempted to determine the key and
plaintext solution.

If anyone knows of such a program I would appreciate their notifying me.

Thanks,
