Since I upgraded from Kermit 2.28 to 2.29, my machines are now
limited to 4800 baud transfers.  It used to work reliably at
19,200 baud between my IBM-PC/XT and NEC-APC.  I've tried the       
various delay options without success.

Has anybody else run into this and figured out how to correct it?
