  A recent posting of NEWKEY produced error messages upon uudecode and arc.
  I looked at the tail end of the file, and this is what I found:

uiucuxc ignored 25589 excess bytes

(I also had problems with the second part of PROCOMM 2.4).
   Obviously the problem is with the file as transmitted.  How can
this problem be avoided?  What causes it?

P.S.  I hope that Mike Bruno will re-post the NEWKEY utility.
