I am thinking of purchasing the Multiplan ROM for my Trs100 but I have a few questions about this before I decide to purchase. 1) Can the Multiplan files be transfered to/from other Multiplan systems ie. can you save/load the files as "SYLK"? 2) Are there any distributors where one can purchase these ROMS more cheaply? Thank you for your assistance!

In answer to your questions: 1) Yes, you can transfer Multiplan SYLK files to another computer using the Model 100's TELECOM program. Of course, the computer on the other end must also use some type of ASCII file transfer program. There is information on transferring files in Appendix E of the Multiplan Reference Guide. The appendix also tells what programs you can use on other Tandy computers. 2) The Multiplan ROM version was done specifically for Tandy Corporation, so you'll probably only find it at licensed Radio Shack dealers.
