Dave Curry (pur-ee!davy) pointed out a problem with long uucp addresses
here in our notesfile software.  The symptom was that the address listed
at the top of the page is only a part of the real address.  The "solution"
is to increase the defined variable "WDLEN" in structs.h.  I increased it 
from 128 to 256.  It isn't a very good solution, but hopefully it will 
last for a while.

Speaking of addressing problems.  Are the new Internet Addresses being
parsed right?  Since our headers were getting trashed, I can't say.
