We finally figured out how to interface our B news to notes.  I think
the Notesfile Reference Manual could be improved slightly in this area.
On our system, there is no /usr/spool/news/.sys.  Instead, it is
/usr/local/lib/news/sys .  And lines in it need to have A in them,
rather than B.  Perhaps some additional doc about this could be added
to sections 3.5 and 3.5.1 of the manual?  We found it somewhat confusing.

Anyway, we're very happy to be getting rid of readnews finally.
