My PDIAL (Public Dialup Internet Access List) is supposed to be something
like that. The current version is getting a little dated, and I hope to
have a new and greatly expanded (both in number of providers and breadth of
info for each one) edition out within a few weeks. (Current version of the
PDIAL is available at ftp.netcom.com:/pub/info-deli/public-access/pdial, or
by email containing "Send PDIAL" to "info-deli-server@netcom.com".)

People can help me by emailing me at "kaminski@netcom.com" what sorts of
options and details they're interested in having listed. I've got a long
list already, but who knows, I might have missed something. (Note that
there are some things providers won't *want* to make public -- got a bunch
of those on my laundry list, too, but I don't think I'll be asking them.)
