Long days at work followed by long lines at the supermarket. Never
mind the parking. Carpooling nighmares? Feeling a little guilty about
Kid Cuisine? Missed a practice? I'm a single parent. Been there.
Done that.

The meal I'll provide (dinner), is great for a couple of reasons:
It's good, good for you, cheap and thank you God, Fast. And for that
all important snob appeal, one recipe was obtained from the most
successful restaurant in Northern California. I've never been able to
serve it for company without them asking me for it. In short, it's a
classic.

I've cooked and bought cookbooks for years believing if I find one
recipe that's a 'keeper' it's worth the price of the book. And I still
believe that.

So this meal is worth four cookbooks. The recipes are: one portion
white meat, two simply knockout vegetables dishes and a sophisticated
rice dish to die for.

Now here's a little something no one ever mentions: Even the
cleanup is easy. You will actually have time to enjoy the rest
of your evening. Let me say it again. You will actually have time to
enjoy the rest of the evening.

Send your self-addressed envelope, (I supply postage...who can find a
stamp at the end of the day...or even Wants to?) and $5.00 to:

Bonnie
P.O. Box 119
San Anselmo, CA 94979

But if you are not completely happy, you will receive an Amazingly
prompt refund.

I make that promise because I know you'll be surprised at the yield of
your Minimum effort. Although even the colors blend together
beautifully, the raves I've collected are ultimately because of its
elegance and substantial flavor.

And one other secret.

I think the main reason people enjoy this dinner so much is because it
makes them feel special...like you've been working on it all day for
them. People like that. I know I do because then I feel like someone
went the extra mile for me. And I did, and you did too! I took the
time to write it all down, and you took the time to get it.

So cheers for us!

P.S. Please let me know about all the compliments you receive.
