I need to make another plea concerning line noise in Milpitas.  Could
anyone who has this particular problem and wants to report it (or has
reported it) to Pac Bell give me your phone number.

I have yet another maintenance person from Pac Bell who is working
with me.  She is trying to build a case to order a test of the trunks
between Santa Clara and Milpitas and needs the phone numbers of as
many customers as possible to bolster her (our) case (They won't test
hundreds of trunks on the whims of one customer).  Apparantly Pac
Bell isn't on the ball enough to be able to link up repair reports
made directly to their office ("there's a lot of us here" she said).
She said it would be a big help if I could give her the phone numbers.

Recap of the problem (all within 408 area):

-Severe audible static

-Calls placed from Milpitas (esp. 945 and 946 prefixes)

-To phones in San Jose/Santa Clara area with prefixes 241, 243, and 554.

Does anyone know how I can get "on-line" road map information, suitable for
use in a database, for accurate display, and for search algorithms?  Any
vector format is fine, as long as I know what it is.  Thanks.
