Jeff - on our service provider, all a user has to do is type 'ftpme' or
'wwwme' to create a dir /pub/ftp/username or /home/WWW-pages/username
respectivly.  They get ownership and rights to the dir, and it's usage is
added to their quota..

It's instant!

    The guy got the number wrong.  It's (415)964-BEST, i.e. (415)964-2378

Actually I think they have a 408 #.  I think that it's located in San Jose
area 2.
