Sorry but over 240,000 individuals do not agree that "Netcom is the
worst".  It is only the whiners who cannot understand their own
computers that are saying that.  You know the people who have trouble
dialing the operator on the telephone.... ;^)

As a matter of fact "Netcom is the BEST ISP in the USA".
