I've been upset for more than six weeks now over non connections, mail problems, slowness of news servers, long distance charges incurred while waiting on hold at Netcom Tech support, getting no real solutions when I get a hold of Netcom Tech support and having only three of 15 messages answered, two of which were sent back with clarification and more questions and one of which posed no solution whatsoever. If Netcom thinks this is customer service, somebody better look up the term in a dictionary. Last night, it took me 13 calls to try and get on the service. Maybe I can buy busy signals or bad password and ID messages but I can't deal with phones going dead or automatic answering equipment never answering my calls. Are you listening Netcom? I won't call anymore and I won't write you either. It doesn't seem to do any good. Ken Feaster
