Frank,

I was just wondering, although everyone seems to agree that Netcom is
the worst, have you or anyone else for that matter heard of who is the
best?  I'm using PSI, and aside from some horrendous problems with
their news servers, the service seems to be 100% OK.

Everyone asks for a recommendation... Any ideas for Essex/Bergen
counties?
