Mail To Russia Getting Routed Incorrectly.

For the last few days, mail to St. Petersburg, Russia has been routed
incorrectly to the site nac.no instead of through fuug.fi. nac.no
always bounces back the mail with the message that it does not recognize
the spb.su domain. Can someone more expert in these things look at the
header and determine whether this is an Internet-wide problem with the
domain name servers, or is the problem instead local to our SMTP setup
at Netcom? I changed the user's name and site info in this header, but
I have had this problem in the last few days for every site I contact in
St. Petersburg. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Header of bounced mail follows:

Ditto here, mail to the postmaster@nac.no appears to be ignored and
they ARE supposed to be able to do this according to the info I've been
able to get.

I dont know what the sol'n is... other than manually bypassing that site
by routing the message yourself.

This has been occuring for at least a week!.
