Harvey, i will try to be as pleasant as possible and as patient as i can be.
For some unknown reason you seem to lack the appropriate faculties to see
you are being used. Surely you can see that netcom is in most cases
spewing alot of bs. Their newly added usage timer is a crock, it is another
100 active hours limit on your account. To you it might seem more than natural
to be lied to. In my case, i find they are now being dishonest with everyone.

Even those few people who are ignorant of computers can see something is
wrong when their passwords are rejected by the system on more than several
dozen login attempts. What about when you experience line drops, its not a bad
modem connection, its a nasty netcom timer bug. There are several new things 
in netcom that need tweaking and our bitching helps them to get on it. If we
didn't whine or complain they would step all over us. Such is life in all
cases.
