Most of the kvetching about Netcom is getting boring. Most of the issues being associated with Netcom are typical of all isp's. Netcom is better than most, in terms of stability and bandwidth. This is the reality. The software provided, netscape included is actually quite good. Most of the complainers should learn some- thing about modem strings and problems connected with dial-up accounts. There is another class of complainer that is quite interesting, because not only do they frequent this group, but spam the world to down netcom in order to push another isp for their personal gain. Usually the isp's they push are awlful. So if you do have a prob with netcom then immediately access the home page and look for solutions, because they are there. I don't work for Netcom, nor profit from Netcom or any isp.
