Job # 5367- Technical Support- Respond to customer inquiries by one or
more of the following media: phone, fax, written letters, e-mail and
online services.  Develop and maintain general product knowledge in the
computer industry.  Must have excellent written, organizational,
problem-solving and communication skills.  Should be analytical and
have strong customer service skills.  Thorough knowledge of DOS,
Windowsand PC based computer hardware concepts.  Familiarity with
Logitech products is a plus. BA/BS and one year experience or
equivalent.
