              The appropriate relating case involves
the City of Toronto charging a citizen
with vandalism for placing posters on
various utility poles*. The case went to
trial and the judge ruled that the citizen
was protected by the constitution and his
right to freely express him/her self.

The general conclusion was that by
removing utility poles and posters from
the poor as a means of expression removes
what is often their only medium. The same
reasoning can be easily applied here because
in fact this is my only media outlet. And
by closing it off my rights are infringed.
