Actually, this reminds me of a joke by Dennis Leary. But you know, the
thing they put in your throat to let you speak isn't quite as cool
anymore. I heard this woman in a book store the other day, she had a
monotonous speech synthesizer attached to her throat, and every time she
used it, she put her hand to her throat to enable it. Kind'a reminded me
of old science fiction speach synthesizers. 

But it isn't these guys' _lungs_ I'm worried about, but that's a
completely different story.
