Thank you, Mr. Zabetakis;  that's a charming suggestion.  By all means,
cause problems for the other eighteen thousand users at this site, not
to mention endless headaches for the systems staff.

The other suggestions I've seen, including mailbombing us, are wonderful
models of adult response to the situation.  Should you feel you just
can't restrain yourself, I'll warn you that we've already been mail-
bombed, and replaced the user's mailbox so that any mail to him will be 
bounced to sender.  Mail bombs addressed to others here will be brought
to the attention of authorities at their senders' sites.


Fellow news admins:  we _know_ about the problem.  Thanks.  If you want
to send us _just the headers_ from some of these articles, I'll ensure
that they're canceled.  The whole text isn't helpful.

(Some of you think we must not be instructing our users in netiquette;
 I assure you it's prominently featured in _all_ of our documentation.  
 This particular child learned his, er, social skills, all by himself.)

We've revoked login privileges for buzy@midway.uchicago.edu until he
contacts us and explains himself.
