I'm setting up USENET news for the NOAA labs in Boulder and would like to 
get some NNTP sites to crossfeed us news.  We will most likely be 
subscribing to everthing except for most of the alt.* hierarchy.  I'll be 
running the main server on a SPARCserver 1000 running INN 1.4sec.
